This plant-based supplement provides omega-3 fatty acids from flaxseed and algae oils.

Ingredients:

Each capsule contains:

• Medicinal Ingredients:

  • Flaxseed (Linum usitatissimum) oil: 400 mg (providing 200 mg of alpha-linolenic acid (ALA))
  • Whole Schizochytrium (Schizochytrium spp) algae oil: 214 mg (providing 75 mg docosahexaenoic acid (DHA) and 1.9 mg eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA))
  • • Non-Medicinal Ingredients:
      Potato starch, glycerol sorbitol, sunflower oil, processed Eucheuma seaweed, monoglycerides, peppermint oil, RRR-alpha-tocopherol (natural), ascorbyl palmitate, lecithin, rosemary extract.
      Sugar, lactose, and gluten free.

    • Dosage:

      Take with water during a meal.

      • General maintenance: 2 capsules once daily.

      • Additional support: 2 capsules twice daily.

      • Cautions:

        • Avoid use if allergic to any ingredients.
        • Store in a cool, dry place away from light.
        • Refrigerate after opening and use within 2 months.
        • Do not use if the security cap is broken.
